hey all!!

well today i went jogging with wee leong (;

shawn was supposed to go but he wasn't feeling well )=

so yea..

morning around 6:45 or so, wee leong called me and told me that i have to be downstairs

in 15 min time,so yea i woke up and prepare..

he drove his dads car and we reached there and did our warm ups,

so we started running, run run run run~

after two rounds i kena asthma-.-

thats the results of not exercising...

so yea lucky wee told me to bring my inhaler (:

so yea,puffed and continued and ran 6 rounds without stopping ^^
